Who we are

Panel Craftpoint Studio teaches trend-following methods in person at 398/15-16 Pracharaj Sai 2 Road, Bangsu, Bangkok 10800, Thailand. Contact: 662 5850951 and studio@panel-craftpoint.click. The website describes classroom courses, labs, mentoring tables, and private chart reviews. It does not execute trades, open brokerage accounts, or take payment online.

Education, not advice

Everything taught in the room and written on this site is educational. It is not personal investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and not a promise of profit. Historical charts used in class are examples. You remain responsible for any live trading you choose to do elsewhere.

Using the website

You may browse, request a seat through the form, and read the notes. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades the host, copy course packets that we hand out in class as if they were yours to resell, or present the studio as a licensed advisory firm. Thai law and the courts of Bangkok govern these terms.

Booking a session

A form submission or a phone call is a request. A place exists only when the studio confirms it in writing. Fees listed on course pages are informational. Payment method is agreed after confirmation (typically a Thai bank transfer). Until then, no contract for a specific cohort date is formed.

Conduct in the room

We expect ordinary classroom courtesy: no recording without permission, no sharing of another student’s charts, and no solicitation of other participants for unrelated businesses during class time. We may ask someone to leave a session if that standard is broken. In that case the refund page explains what fees, if any, are returned.

Intellectual work

Worksheets, marked packets, and the six-week map are for personal study by the enrolled student. They are not a licence to teach the studio’s materials under another name.

Site accuracy

Schedules, prices, and instructor names can change. If a listed evening is moved, we contact people who already hold a confirmed seat. The website may lag a day or two behind a change announced by email.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the studio is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after class. We are responsible for delivering the teaching hours we confirmed, in a safe room, as described on the course page.
