What we collect

If you send the visit form we receive the name, email, optional phone number, chosen session, and message you type. If you enrol after a confirmation we also keep attendance notes, fee records, and the postal or transfer details needed to issue a receipt. We do not collect card numbers on this website because there is no checkout.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer seat requests, run the cohort you joined, send the reading pack, handle refunds or reschedules as described on the refund page, and keep accounts required under Thai bookkeeping rules. We do not sell student lists.

Cookies

The site can store one preference in localStorage under the key panelCraftpoint_cookieConsent if you accept or reject the banner. That choice is not used for advertising. Details sit on the cookie page.

Sharing

We share details only with people who need them to run the studio (instructors for the cohort you joined, an accountant for receipts) or when Thai law requires it. Hosting the static site may cause your IP address to appear in ordinary server logs of the host; we do not use those logs to profile students.

Retention

Unsuccessful seat requests are kept for up to 12 months so we can see whether you wrote twice. Enrolment and fee records are kept for the period our accountant requires, typically at least five years. You may ask what we hold by emailing the studio.

Your requests

You may ask for a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct a name or email, or ask us to delete a form message that never became an enrolment. We may retain what the law requires even after a deletion request. Thailand’s PDPA principles guide how we respond.

Children

Courses are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.
