Pullbacks that still belong to the move

A pullback that still belongs to the trend usually fails to take out the last swing that defined the move. That is a structural statement, not a prediction that the next bar will be green or red.

In class we overlay a simple average only after the swings are marked. If price is still on the correct side of that filter and the last higher low is intact, the pause is treated as unfinished business, not as a new opinion.
